Meredith graduated from Miami University, Farmer School of Business in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Finance. After traveling for a while she moved back to the midwest to Chicago to be closer to family and to work in the corporate spa and fitness industry. It was during that time period that Meredith found a deeper appreciation for the wellness industry and quickly fell in love with learning new ways to incorporate wellness in her already active life. Searching for a way to move to New York, Uptown Pilates was an perfect opportunity to continue that wellness education while being able to work with her brother. Meredith has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the Uptown Pilates family and has loved what the Pilates Method has done for her own body. Working with her big brother has also been a fun ride!
