TOWER | A 50 minute total Tower class that combines classical Pilates mat work with the heavy spring resistance of the wall unit (the arm springs, leg springs, rollback bar, and push-through bar).  Some classes may include the use of small props, like the Magic Circle or TRIADBALL®, or small barrels.

REFORMER | A 50 minute total Reformer class utilizing heavy spring resistance to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, and improve your posture using the classical Pilates method.  Some classes may include the use of small props, and in more challenging classes, Reformer additions like the jump board and split board.

Mat | A 50 minute total Mat class utilizing the body and its own weight and resistance to provide a challenging Pilates workout. Practice balance and coordination while strengthening your core. Some classes may include the use of small props, like the Magic Circle or TRIADBALL®, or small barrels.

**Prenatal Clients** - All prenatal clients must have a doctor’s permission to practice Pilates.  If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend  completing at least 4 private sessions before joining any classes.  If you have previous Pilates experience, you may join group classes through the second trimester. During the third trimester, we strongly recommend that all prenatal clients take private sessions only. 

If you have never done Pilates before, we highly encourage taking 2–4 private sessions before entering any of the group classes.
