Jen Williams has been a licensed massage therapist in New York State since 1998. She studied dance at Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage where she studied Swedish, shiatsu and medical massage. She is certified in prenatal massage and infant massage instruction. Her continuing education also includes the Hawaiian Temple Bodywork of lomi lomi, Thai massage and seated chair massage. She brings a strong dance background to her work, and feels that bodywork is a natural bridge to greater self awareness.

Leela M. Southworth has been a Licensed Medical and Therapeutic Massage Therapist for over 9 years. Her specialities are Sports Massage, Deep Tissue , Swedish, Neuromuscular, Shiatsu, Stone and Medical Massage. Leela also incorporates within the Massage Therapy Session a postural analysis. She feels strongly that having a Massage Therapy Session is very important to one's health.
