If you have never done Pilates before, we highly encourage taking 2–3 private sessions before entering any of the group classes. These sessions will enable you to understand the fundamentals of Pilates and keep you safe throughout your exercises. Our classes are all a combination of Mat, Tower, and Reformer work and limited to 6 people
