Nicole is a born and raised New Yorker. Studying theater in Moscow she discovered the importance of spinal health and alignment. Nicole started practicing Pilates as a way to gain strength and an understanding of how the human body works. Finally, after many years of practice she enrolled in the comprehensive training program at Core Pilates to learn the system, principles and exercises in depth – and how to teach them. Nicole is a strong believer that regular Pilates practice is the best foundation for an active and healthy life.
She has tailored each class to the students attending in such a way as to be uniquely challenging while ensuring that the core exercises are experienced to their fullest.
She has made each class interesting and engaging, ensuring that we partake both mentally and physically.
