Lisa has been practicing Pilates since 2005 and became certified in Authentic Pilates at the New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification program through The United States Pilates Association (U.S.P.A.). She has studied extensively with and continues to learn from Brett Howard, Suzanne Lavey and Michael Johnson. Lisa graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and pursued a successful career in real estate finance before becoming a Pilates instructor. She is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and was thrilled to find a whole body fitness method that promotes strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion.  As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast she is excited to continue teaching Pilates and helping others achieve their fitness goals for a better life.
