Karen recently completed a 600-hour comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training program, after first being smitten by Pilates and becoming a dedicated student in 2005. With a life long love of movement and dance, Karen knows that Pilates is extraordinarily effective in helping people of various levels of fitness and health uncover strengths, improve stability and flexibility, and enhance emotional well being. With a background in public health and social services, Karen does this with sensitivity and passion.
