As a life-long athlete, movement and strengthening the mind-body connection has always been pivotal to my mental and physical well being. Pilates has consistently served as my avenue to a clear mind and healthy body. After working on the business side of the fitness industry in NYC, I decided to take my insider knowledge, experience and passion to further use by becoming a Pilates instructor. I look forward to meeting clients where they are and creating a program that will empower and guide them toward a simultaneous ease, strength, length and awareness within the mind-body. I received my Pilates certification through the 650 hr program at Core Pilates NYC. Emily has a BA in psychology from the University of Southern California and is currently pursing a Masters of Social Work at Fordham.
