If you have never done Pilates before, we highly encourage taking 2-3 private sessions before entering any of the group classes. These sessions will enable you to understand the fundamentals of Pilates and keep you safe throughout your exercises.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 7 am - 8 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7 am - 9 pm
Fridays: 7 am - 3 pm
Saturday 9 am - 2 pm
Sunday 9 am - 3 pm
