Delphine Blue majored in Theater Dance at Skidmore College before becoming a radio broadcaster.. She fell under the spell of the Pilates method instantly when she took her first class in 2004, recognizing many of the exercises from her dance training. After eight years, feeling the need to deepen her own Pilates practice, and restless in her career, Delphine completed a 500 hour certification in classical Pilates. She sees the Pilates method as a challenging but safe way to improve core stability, postural alignment, circulation, and balance while increasing both muscle tone and flexibility, Her goal is to provide clients with a Pilates ‘aha’ moment.
