Bridgette Duncan is a Certified Pilates instructor. She began her journey in Pilates while studying Classical Mat Pilates at Temple University. Bridgette obtained her Pilates training from various Classical/Contemporary teachers in NY and NJ. She is certified through Balanced Body. She is a former athlete and dancer who loves to impact clients' and group classes through positive encouragement. She is extremely passionate about pre/post rehabilitation, providing quality and knowledge-based sessions to all her clients.
Her passions in life besides Pilates are running, dancing and weightlifting. She is always asking for her clients and group class attendees to strive to be the best version of themselves! She loves changing lives through movement and believes in creating a safe environment for all.
